The goal for this project is to update these bathrooms so that it accurately represents the homeowners’ style preference. This will require us to completely gut both bathrooms.

Week 1: Demo, Framing, and Begin Rough Plumbing
Week 2: Complete Rough Plumbing, Rough Electric, Rough HVAC, Begin Drywall
Week 3: Complete Drywall, Prime walls
Week 4: 1st Coat of Paint, Tile Prep
Week 5: Tile Install
Week 6: Installation of Cabinetry, Installation of Trim, Final Coat of Paint
Week 7: Finish Plumbing, Finish Electric, Paint Touch Ups

The Progress (Updated Weekly)

Week 0: Take a look at the Bathrooms before Demo.

Week 1: We started the project by demolishing the two bathrooms. Demo and framing were each completed in 1 day instead of the 2 we scheduled. This allowed us to complete rough electric and HVAC this week.

Week 2: This week our team completed rough plumbing and began the Drywall installation. The project is currently 2 days ahead of schedule.

Week 3: As planned, our team began and completed the drywall installation this week. As a result, the painters were able to prime the walls.

Week 4: This week the painters applied the first coat of paint to the walls. The tile team began prepping for their work next week.

Week 5: This week our team was able to complete tile work in both the master and kid’s bathroom. This allows for us to get out carpentry team to the site beginning Monday morning of Week 6. See below for photos.

Week 6: This week our team were able to complete the cabinetry installation. The carpentry team then completed the installation of trim. The final coat of paint was then applied.

Week 7: This week our team were able to install our plumbing and electrical fixtures. Any wall blemishes were repaired and the project was wrapped up.
